We design and manufacture our own compactors and balers from our UK hub in Dorset. Our equipment is used throughout the UK, and with all of our production and supply chain based here, you never have to wait for a spare part or fitting. This ensures you keep your operation running at maximum capacity with minimal downtime.
New technologies in the Recycling & Waste Industry are enabling improved sorting of materials. Better separation means improved recycling percentages and reduced landfill. Improvements in processing of recyclables are increasing environmental sustainability. At Pearce we are continually updating equipment to maximise our recycle stream quality and usability for the onward material mills and processors. It was in 1874 that Pearce Recycling was born, with a focus then on the recycling of old scrap metal. Over the years we have adapted and grown the business from one site in St Albans to three dedicated recycling sites serving the Home Counties and our Compaction Division manufacturing recycling and waste equipment, (solutions and servicing Nationwide), based in Verwood, Dorset. The business is still owned and managed by the Pearce family and their vision to deliver the best, most effective total recycling management services remains to the current day.

We produce our own safe, hygienic and effective animal bedding from the paper we manage and recycle. This natural dust-free product is perfect for equestrian, game, poultry and domestic pets.
A service with DBS checked drivers and a guaranteed collection, management and destruction by Pearce Recycling only, provides customers with total peace of mind and a transparent and accountable audit trail.
