Bio

Brings the personal touch to our machines

Mark has been a 3D designer (or draughtsman) for nearly 2 decades. He has used every software out there but has a particular love for SolidWorks and its amazing capabilities. He has been working with Steve for a long time as  freelance and as the business grew came on full-time. Mark is also capable of working on the production line, which he believes helps him understand his designs better.

When Mark isn’t staring at a computer or building machines he likes to go fishing, he has a few favourite spots around his house where he claims he catches big fish. He is also regularly called up to help with his daughters Sea Scouts activities and helps get his eldest daughter on the water as much as he can in her sailing dinghy.

He is friendly and dependable and many people will have spoken to him over the years as he is our resident expert when we need to get technical information or to help out if a machine is playing up.

Mark has created a few designs over his seven years with us!
The first 100% designed and built by Pearce compactor in September 2018.
One of the first parts designed by Mark before he became an employee with us.
